Terms of Service

These terms apply to Superior Striker, operated by Become Superior LLC, 501 Union Street, Nashville, TN 37219, United States. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Become Superior LLC. "You" means the person who buys a programme.
By buying a programme or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not buy.
1. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over to buy a programme.
Our programmes are designed for young footballers. Where the player is under 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian, and by buying you confirm that you consent to their participation and that you accept these terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, including any submissions made through it.
2. Our programmes
We offer three programmes.
Foundation is a monthly mentoring programme. It includes the mindset material, the drill programme and the group sessions described on the product page. It does not include match analysis.
Performance includes everything in Foundation, plus one match analysed per calendar month. Each analysis is a coaching video with on-screen coaching points, together with a performance report. Unused analyses do not roll over into the following month. Additional analysis is available through Elite, which is by application only.
Elite is by application only. Submitting an application does not create a contract and does not oblige us to accept you. If we accept your application we will agree the terms of that programme with you directly before any payment is taken.
What is included in each programme is described on the relevant product page. We may improve or adjust the content of a programme over time.
3. Match analysis
Match analysis is available on the Performance programme.
You submit a match by giving us a link to footage you already have, using the submission form inside your member area. We do not accept file uploads.
We aim to deliver each analysis within five working days of your submission. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If something delays us, we will tell you.
Analysis is carried out by us or by analysts working for us. Every analyst is bound by a written confidentiality agreement.
4. Your footage
When you submit a match link, you confirm that you are entitled to share that footage with us and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights or any agreement you have with a club, league or filming provider. If you are not sure, please check before submitting.
We download footage only to work on it. It is stored in a private, access-controlled drive, and it is deleted within five working days of your analysis being delivered.
We use footage only to produce your analysis. We do not publish it, share it outside the people working on your analysis, or use it in marketing without asking you first.

5. Payment
Programmes are sold as monthly subscriptions in US dollars. Payment is taken in advance, and then on the same date each month until you cancel.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, and the new price will apply from your next billing date after that notice period. You are free to cancel if you do not want to continue at the new price.
6. Cancelling
There is no minimum term and no lock-in. You may cancel at any time by giving us one month's notice, by emailing allan@superiorstriker.com from the address on your account.
Your notice period runs from the date we receive it. You will be billed for that final month, and you keep full access to your programme until the end of it. After that, access ends and no further payments are taken.
If you are on Performance, your final month includes your match analysis for that month, provided you submit it before the notice period ends.
7. Refunds
Because our programmes give immediate access to digital material, we do not offer refunds for part-months or for months already paid.
This does not affect any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will look at it properly.
8. Our material
Everything we provide - videos, reports, drills, documents and the programme material itself - belongs to us and is licensed to you for your own personal use, or the use of the player named on your account.
You may not share, publish, resell, upload or distribute any of it, and you may not use it to teach or coach others commercially. Account sharing is not permitted.
Your own analysis videos and reports are yours to keep and to share privately with people involved in the player's development, such as a coach, club or family. Please do not post them publicly without asking us first.
9. What we do and do not promise
We will provide the programme with reasonable skill and care.
Our programmes are coaching and development guidance. Progress in football depends on many things outside our control, including effort, opportunity, injury, coaching environment and selection decisions. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including improvement in performance, selection, trials, scholarships or a professional contract.
Nothing we provide is medical, physiotherapy or nutritional advice. If a player has an injury or a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.
10. Availability
We aim to keep everything running, but we cannot promise the site or member area will always be available. We may occasionally need to pause or change parts of a programme, and we will tell you if that affects what you have paid for.
11. Ending your access
We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these terms in a serious way - for example by sharing your account or our material, by submitting footage you have no right to share, or by behaving abusively towards us or our team.
We will tell you why, and where it is reasonable to do so we will give you a chance to put it right first.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with a programme is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will tell you by email and the new version will apply from your next billing date.
The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any dispute will be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
