1. Who we are
Superior Striker is a striker development programme operated by Become Superior LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Tennessee, United States.
Become Superior LLC is the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to:
- Parents and guardians who create an account, purchase a programme, or submit an application
- Players whose information and match footage are submitted to us, including players under 18
- Applicants who complete our Elite application form
- Visitors to coaching.superiorstriker.com
3. Age rules
Our programmes are designed for players aged approximately 10 to 20.
If the player is under 18, the account must be created, held and paid for by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian enters into the agreement with us, provides consent on the player's behalf, and is responsible for the account.
Players aged 18 or over may enrol in their own right.
We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account, enter payment details, or contract with us directly. If we discover that a person under 18 has created an account without a parent or guardian, we will suspend the account and contact the registered email address.
Children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. Where a player under 13 participates in a programme, all information about them is provided to us by their parent or guardian, who consents to our collection and use of it as described in this policy. A parent or guardian may at any time review the information we hold about their child, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to further collection - see section 11.
4. What we collect
From the parent or guardian (the account holder)
- Name, email address, and telephone number where provided
- Billing information and transaction records. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never received or stored by us.
- Account credentials and login activity
- Correspondence with us
About the player
- Name and age
- Current club and level of play
- Playing position
- Goals, development aims, and what the player feels is holding them back
- Programme progress, session notes, and coaching records
Match footage and related data
Where a match is submitted for analysis, we collect:
- A link to, or file of, video footage of a match
- The player's shirt number and kit colour, used to identify them in the footage
- Match date, opposition, and team name
- The specific aspect of play the player wants examined
This footage will normally contain images of other people, including other children, coaches, officials and spectators. See section 6.

5. How we use it, and why we are allowed to

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
6. Match footage - how we handle it
Because this involves video of children, we treat footage differently from other information.
Who sees it. Footage is accessed by Become Superior LLC and by the performance analysts we engage to produce your analysis. Analysts are contractually bound to confidentiality, are permitted to use footage solely to produce your analysis, and may not retain, copy, publish or reuse it for any other purpose.
Other people in the footage. Match footage inevitably captures other players, officials and spectators. We use it only to analyse the player it was submitted for. We do not attempt to identify, assess or profile anyone else appearing in it.
By submitting footage, you confirm that you are the player's parent or guardian, or the player and aged 18 or over, and that you are permitted to share the footage with us - including that you have any permission required from the club or competition organiser under whose arrangements it was recorded.
We will not publish footage, or any clip or still taken from it, on our website, social media, or promotional material without your separate, specific, written consent. Consent to analysis is not consent to publication. You may refuse publication and remain a client; it has no effect on the programme you receive.
Where it is kept. Footage is held in a private, access-controlled library. Access is limited to Become Superior LLC and the analysts working on your analysis.
Retention. We keep footage and analyses for as long as the player is enrolled, and for 12 months after the account closes. We do this so that a player's development can be compared over time, which is part of what the programme provides. You may ask us to delete a specific match, or everything we hold, at any time.
7. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect the safety of a child or another person.
8. International transfers
We operate from the United States and serve clients in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and elsewhere.
Information relating to clients in the UK or EEA will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and may be accessed by analysts located in England, United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK or EEA, we do so on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with additional safeguards where appropriate.

9. How long we keep things

10. Security
We restrict access to personal information to those who need it to do their work. Analysts receive only what is necessary to produce a given analysis. Accounts are password protected, and our platform providers encrypt data in transit and at rest.
No system is completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to put you at risk, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
11. Your rights
Everyone. You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may ask us to stop sending marketing at any time.
Parents and guardians. You may review the information we hold about your child, request its deletion, and refuse to permit further collection. Exercising these rights may mean we can no longer provide the programme.
UK and EEA residents. You additionally have rights of restriction and data portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority - in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
US residents. Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your information, and to appeal a refusal. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Tennessee residents may contact the Tennessee Attorney General; California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
To exercise any of these rights, email allan@superiorstriker.com. We will respond within 30 days, and will verify your identity before acting on a request.
12. Cookies
Our website and platform providers use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may stop parts of the member area working.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make a material change to how we use match footage or information about children, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
